Mr. Mark Susich, Group Leader Mechanical Integrity at AcuTech, has 30+ years of integrity engineering experience developing and implementing pipeline, fixed and equipment, and subsea structural integrity programs. He is skilled in the various aspects of qualitative and semi-quantitative fixed equipment risk-based inspection program development and implementation, including managing the transition from time-based to risk-based inspection strategies. He is an integrity professional with deep expertise in assessing the effectiveness of inspection programs, integrity/inspection program performance management, data management systems, digital workflow, data engineering – evergreening, and advanced data analytics to optimize programs and contracting strategies.
He has extensive global experience in building and deploying processes, programs, common tools, and staff development/training that expand team capabilities and improve integrity/inspection program efficiency, integrity risk management, data integrity, plant reliability, and profitability.
Mr. Susich has experienced and facilitated the development and deployment of integrity practices, procedures, and guides to support integrity/inspection programs. In addition, he has led various projects on the selection, evaluation, and implementation of fit-for-purpose inspection data management systems (IDMS) and anomaly management workflow. He is knowledgeable in the current commercially available off-the-shelf IDMS offerings to support pre-operations integrity management builds (greenfield), as well as brownfield operations.
