Mrs. Eline Beulens is the Group Leader, Europe with AcuTech Group, Inc. She has twenty-seven years of experience and a proven track record in Process Safety Risk Management (PSRM) and safety, manufacturing/operations of hazardous plants, technology and engineering and operational excellence, working with leading global companies in the chemical (DuPont) and food (Cargill) industry.

With a background in chemical engineering, Mrs. Eline Beulens has experience in several aspects of PSRM, both from a user, as well as PS expert perspective. Experience includes e.g. facilitation of Process Risk Assessments and Management of Change studies (MOC), leading Pre Startup Safety Reviews (PSSR), Auditing, Preparing and Authorizing Permit to Work, conducting Incident Investigations, developing and delivering PS training for early career professionals and PS culture training for leaders, acting as incident commander for Emergency response and overall, implementing PSRM element processes and tools for sites across the globe.

Mrs. Eline Beulens has been a Board member for the European Process Safety Centre (EPSC) between 2021 and 2025 and active as Chair of the Board since August 2024, representing Cargill Inc. She is a member of the Pharma & Food EPSC Workgroup, developing of EPSC tools and guidance for Industry members. She has contributed to several EPSC technical meetings and conferences as a speaker and session chair.

Her experience in operational excellence and multiple international leadership positions have given her the experience to design effective organizational structures, get the best talent, support their growth and build effective and efficient teams, creating a sustainable impact.
